Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

ARs:

- Bob pass bugs 176 and 177 to Arpad for review, then post.
  - Done

- Bob write bug report for Zuken AMI_bidirbug
  - Done BUG 178

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


IBISCHK BUG 178:
- Bob showed the BUG text.
- Bob: Michael Schaeder has approved this report.
  - This has been reworked to be very generic.
  - It has identical Platform_Compiler_Bits that should not be considered duplicates.
  - The AMI file is a dummy, it has only the required parameters.
  - BUG 167 had a similar problem, but it bypassed the problem with sequential
    Compiler numbering.
- Bob showed BUG 167.
- Bob: This was about combinations of PAM4 and NRZ.
  - It has some threshold testing too.
- Mike: This came close to finding the duplicate problem, but it didn't.
  - BUG 178 will become a new part of the regression tests.
- Bob: Michael Schaeder has already supplied a code fix.
- Mike: This should be above moderate severity.
- Bob: marked the bug severe, high priority.

AR: Bob post BUG 178


DLL Checking:
- Bob: Nothing is new on the proposed parser contract.
  - Atul gave an estimate based on preliminary information.
- Bob reviewed bug fixes in the queue so far.
- Bob: We could start drafting a contract.
